I’ve worked at Splitsville for 8 years this past September.
My favourite thing about Splitsville is how accommodating it is especially the flexibility and willingness to work with your work life balance which is super important to me.
AMIT was an amazing opportunity for me to showcase everything I’ve learned over the years and the final push to move forward with the company and grow in this career! Special thanks to my manager and my people partner who gave me the confidence and helped me with anything I needed along the way.
The AMIT program opened a lot of doors for me that I may not have sought out otherwise. It has most definitely set me up for success to be a great AM and continuous learning even after the program was complete!
My favourite part of the program was being able to expand my knowledge of the company in all areas of the centre that I may not have learned otherwise including protocols and multiple different office tasks.
