How do I apply?

Check out our current roles and apply online. We'll need a few basic details and will ask you some short questions. Then upload your resume, cross your fingers and expect to hear back soon.

How long will it take to fill out an application?

It depends on the role. We try to keep our application process under 10 minutes as we know your time is valuable!

What do you look for in a candidate?

We look for a range of qualities, skills and experiences relevant to the role. Above all we’re about creating memorable experiences, so look for a passion for delivering outstanding customer service is a must.

Can I check the progress of my application?

Of course. You will be sent updates email. You can also check the progress of all your applications by logging in to the candidate portal.

How can I find out about new job opportunities?

Vacancies are added all the time, so check the our roles page regularly to make sure you don't miss out.

How old do I need to be to work at Splitsville?

You must be 16 or over to work in one of our centres, or be legal drinking age for the province you’re working in to take on a role involving the handling of alcohol.

Does my age affect how many hours I can work?

If you're a school aged worker, your maximum hours per week will be based on the provincial standards for your province of work.

Will I be provided with adequate rest breaks?

Yes. You will always have your breaks as required by provincial standards to ensure you can keep bringing the energy from the start of your shift to the end.

Will I be informed about my performance and progress?

Our managers hold regyular reviews with all Team Members to discuss and review development. If you require additional support at any time, we encourage you to discuss this with your Centre Manager or People and Culture Business Partner.

How can I make sure my induction runs as smoothly as possible?

It’s inevitable you will experience a wide range of emotions when you begin the role and take on new responsibilities, especially if this is your first job. Rest assured, we're here to support you and all of our team members every step of the way.
