The What...

Being an Events & Partnership Manager at Splitsville, you will...

  • Commercial Ownership: Own the performance of event-driven revenue streams and partnerships, aligning outcomes with site-level business goals and KPIs.
  • Package Creation & Innovation: Design compelling, on-brand event packages that resonate with our target audience—especially during key holidays and high-traffic seasons—to boost engagement and footfall.
  • Strategic Event Calendar Planning: Develop an annual events calendar aligned with major trading periods to maximize incremental revenue opportunities and drive customer visits.
  • Social Media Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of content strategies and posts to amplify event promotion and audience engagement.
  • Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, sports teams, schools, and community organizations to drive awareness and large-scale event bookings.
  • Business Development: Seek out and convert new opportunities by attending Chamber of Commerce events, job fairs, and other networking forums.
  • Event Execution: Plan and oversee the execution of high-quality events that reflect Stoked brand and exceed guest expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with kitchen, bar, and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery, including timely procurement of supplies.
  • On-the-Ground Leadership: Be actively involved in event setup, execution, and teardown to ensure flawless execution.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for major events, providing clear communication and exceptional service.
  • Team Development: Support and guide the Event Sales Support Coordinator to maintain an inclusive, high-performing event team.
  • Internal Alignment: Co-host weekly managers' meetings to align departments and share insights. Lead Management: Follow up with event leads and inquiries to convert interest into confirmed bookings
  • Restaurant Presentation & Atmosphere: Take ownership, alongside the Restaurant Assistant Manager for the restaurant’s visual appeal, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and overall presentation to create a welcoming and polished environment.

To be successful you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in event management, marketing, or business development
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Highly organized with exceptional time and project management skills
  • Flexible availability based on business needs, including evenings and weekends
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering impactful, market-leading experiences
  • Demonstrated success in driving exceptional guest experiences by proactively anticipating needs, tailoring personalized interactions, and continuously refining service standards to consistently exceeds expectations.
